Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Frahtora (the Dubai company that operates frahtora.com, "we") collects through this website, why, where it goes, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written with reference to the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
What we collect
The website has three forms. Everything in them is provided by you.
- Carrier early access: company name, number of trucks, lanes, phone number, email address.
- Shipper early access: company name, monthly full-truckload volume, main lanes, your name, email address.
- Request the deck: your name, fund or company, email address, message.
If you write to yd@frahtora.com, we keep the correspondence.
Why we use it
To answer your request, to arrange onboarding or a call, and to send the materials you asked for. We process the data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and where relevant to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, Inc. (United States), which stores each submission and forwards it to our email. Our email is hosted by our business email provider. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own privacy and security terms. Because they operate outside the UAE, submitting a form involves a transfer of your data abroad; we rely on the PDPL provisions for such transfers and on the contractual protections the providers offer.
Analytics and cookies
If we measure visits, we use a cookie-free analytics service that collects no personal identifiers and produces only aggregated counts of pages, referrers, countries and devices. This website sets no cookies of its own and shows no advertising.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and related correspondence are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, partner or investor, the data becomes part of that relationship and is kept for as long as it lasts and as the law requires afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, or object to a particular use. Write to yd@frahtora.com and we will reply within the period the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to form submissions and email is limited to the people who handle onboarding, partnerships and investor relations.
Changes
If we change this notice, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
